About Us
Graduate Achievers is an Official UNISA tuition centre providing lectures from its training centre in Illovo, Johannesburg.
It was established in 1989 making it the longest established private tuition institution exclusively aimed at BCom, BCompt and BCompt (Hons) / CTA students studying through UNISA.
In the 2010 academic year Graduate Achievers launched its CTA support prgram in Durban and provides lectures at the Riverside hotel and Conference Centre.
Formed over 20 years ago and tutoring to hundreds of students over this period, Graduate Achievers prides itself in consistently achieving outstanding results.
We bring a creative approach to lecturing but everything we do is based on the highest academic standards of teaching and research.
THE SUCCESS OF OUR STUDENTS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH OUR UNIQUE & STRUCTURED APPROACH TO LECTURING WHICH INCLUDES:
Coverage of the syllabus, in a comprehensive and easy to understand style.
Concise, easy to understand summarised notes on topics included in the relevant course syllabus to supplement precribed material and a superb question bank which cosists of a series of carefully chosen questions ranging from basic to difficult.
Superb lecturing, presented by one of the very best lecturers, which is the corner stone of our success.
Continuous guidance on exam technique, strategy and approach and strong on - going motivation to encourage the student to work hard and smart to achieve success.
OUR APPROACH IS RESULTS ORIENTATED AND IS EVIDENCED BY OUR EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS OVER THE PAST TEN YEARS:
In each of the last ten years, at least 1 out of the top 10 UNISA CTA students attended our PART TIME UNISA CTA support program. (All of these students were part time students, attending our part time CTA Course.
In 2007 3 out of the top 7 CTA students attended our course.
In 2007, 56% of students from the E&Y group of 48 students who attended our CTA program were successful.
In 2007, 10 out of 11 students (91%) from the PWC group of studnts who attended our CTA program were successful. 9 out of the 10 successful students went on to pass the 2008 SAICA QE.
In 2008, 68% of repeat CTA students who had failed on their first attempt at one of the full time Universities and attended our course were successful.
In 2010 8 out of the top 25 CTA students attended our course.

Due to a significant increase in student numbers in 2011, Graduate Achievers now provides some of its courses from the Hacklebrooke Conference Centre in Craighall to accomodate larger numbers of students.
